Ian is an APLS Instructor and sits on the PTAC’s Respiratory and Pulmozyne Sub-Committees. He is a member of the Paediatric Society of NZ and is Paediatric Clinical Director for Southland Hospital. Ian’s interests are in respiratory and oncology medicine. 

Ian has a small part time private practice as well as his Clinical work at Southland Hospital. He has skin and vein clinics in Invercargill, Gore and Queenstown on a regular basis.

He is also Clinical Senior Lecturer at University of Otago.
